EcSS 3000® addresses both of the swelling mechanisms of expansive clay soils and it’s the only product to have scientific evidence to prove it. ESSL has invested over 1 1⁄2 million dollars for testing, research, and data collection to scientifically prove the effectiveness of our registered product with Texas A&M, Penn State, and Oklahoma State University. EcSS 3000® uses an ionization process that not only reduces the negative charge of the clay particle, but actually changes it’s molecular structure. In this IRREVERSIBLE state, the expansive clay soil no longer behaves as such.
